It is a stunning array of events, meetings, exhibits and lectures, the vast majority free and open to the public.
Like many collectors I have reservations about too much joining, thinking philately can be best enjoyed as a solitary pursuit, with a bit of club action to keep in the loop. But I also appreciate a good stamp show. So if you find the hobby as interesting as I do, go and be amazed by the philatelic doings at Stampshow.
