This is the new-found Kicking Mule fancy cancel from Sioux City Iowa. Or is it? Perhaps more research is needed before it can be declared the real thing. It may be hard to see in the picture (you may want to temporarily lighten the image on your monitor), yet holding the cover one can clearly see the two front legs on the horizontal line representing the ground, the two hind legs kicking just above the "T" in "CENT" and by the "AT" in "STATES", two ears atop the head.
