Another Veteran's Day is history, but that doesn't mean we forget Americans who served or currently serve. For those in the neighborhood of the National Postal Museum in Washington D.C. this morning, why not stop in and take part in the NPM's Red White and Blue Holiday Cards workshop.

The workshop runs from 11 am to 2 pm. As usual Operation Gratitude will be sending out tens of thousands of holiday care packages to U.S. service people, with your cards included to offer the recipients a personal touch from home.

The folks at the NPM also remind you that it is not too late to take the initiative and send your own cards and packages to those in the military serving overseas. They point to the USPS military mailing deadlines chart for your guidance.
